Missing competitions in the list
My kids are not able to use it at all. I noticed there are many users with the same issue, but nothing seems to happen. In one of your replies to unsatisfied customers you answered that you look into a way how to share subscription with family and until then the kids might use the free trail. But that is not true! Their accounts are forcefully supervised with parent account. It is not possible at all for them to use your app at all. EDIT: solved proactively by the developer. Thanks!
App update looks good, but we're not able to make it work on kids' devices. It says they have to ask parent for payment approval, they click OK but nothing happens, the app stays unsubscribed. They have the app in Family library, have access to family payment method, but it just doesn't subscribe. Happy to change rating to higher if you fix this! UPDATE: thanks to the communication and effort of the developer we were able to find a fix and the app works now for both child devices.
Very little information would come with swimmers's results. For instance, the app wouldn't show who participated in what relay or the splits, it wouldn't even show the splits of individual races or the heat or lane.
I bought the original app and despite the bugs I was happy because I could follow my son's competitions. Now, Version 2 forced itself on me and I lost my rights and had to re-subscribe... bad idea, only a few countries are present and mine is not among them - Canada! Then devs got some work done and ow I can see my son's meets. We live in Montreal, so it works. Thanks!
Some of the old features are missing - we used to be able to see all past and future competitions of favorite athletes...now we see only the last two. For future scheduled meets we only see those in the current month. Could you please look into this and bring back some of these features?
Good news that new team took over. Progress in app, finally favorites works. Please, make more sorting grouping - for club to see how swimmer stand in club , notification when heat comming with spwcific swimmer, adding 1 star for now, hoping to add more. Keep up, so far, so good.
Apparently, new people are now behind the app, very responsive and kind. I really hope we can get the bugs sorted out. 5 stars of encouragement' My old review The developers are completely unresponsive to bug descriptions and suggestions, although the app is not free. It is a shame.
I have an Android Device and I wish that it would highlight my favorites when overviewing the heats and results. For some reason those athletes are not highlighted for me.
I could see every kids results except my joy, updates are very slow, horrible app.
